You won’t receive a physical badge in the post, rather you will be sent a digital version of your badge. Simply print this off and bring it with you on the day, if you don't have access to a printer, we have printers at the entrance when you arrive.
It’s not a problem! Simply go to the sign-posted registration area and the registration staff will assist you with printing your badge.
Your colleagues can register online. We simply need them to complete some short questions to register to ensure we can send them relevant information in the run-up to the show. You can send them an invitation to register.
Yes, however we would recommend you do this in advance. If you’re not on our systems and don’t have a badge or e-invite, you may have to queue and your entry to the show will be delayed.
Yes! Your badge gives you free access into FIREX International, the Facilities Show, Safety & Health Expo, Field Service Management Expo and Professional Clothing Show and all of the features these provide. Pick and choose seminar sessions across any show, network and meet with any of the Protection & Management Series' leading solutions providers.
Onsite Facilities at ExCeL London
There are help points by the main entrances and look out for show makers wearing blue shirts that say “I’m here to HELP”.
Themed cafes serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the show. There will be bars, restaurants and seating outside each hall for more substantial meals.
Yes, there is parking underneath the ExCeL. It is £20 a day. Go to the Travel Centre to find out more.
There are two WiFi options within the venue: ExCeL FREE or ExCeL Free fast. You can log in using your social media accounts or by directly by filling in your details.
Cloakrooms are situated adjacent to the show entrances and are open daily until 20 minutes after the close of the show. You will be subject to a charge of £1 per item.
Full banking facilities are available at ExCeL London.
All levels of ExCeL London are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts.
There are some by the west entrance taxi rank and by the Aloft Hotel at the east of the venue underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1. There are 60 cycle racks in total. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.
Students are permitted entry to IFSEC by prior arrangement only. Please contact us for further information and guidelines.
The Exhibition is a trade event, and the nature of the exhibits & our attendee’s reflect this. As such attendance by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at all times; this includes build up, the open days and breakdown of the exhibition. No alternative facilities will be provided.
