What are the 2020 Opening Times?

Tuesday 19 May: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 20 May: 10:00am - 5:00pm 
Thursday 21 May: 10:00am - 4:00pm

When will I receive my IFSEC International visitor badge?

Once you register you will be sent a digital version of your badge via email. Simply print this off and bring it with you on the day, if you don't have access to a printer, we have printers at the entrance when you arrive.

What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?

Drop an email to [email protected], and one of our customer service team will be able to help you.

What if I’ve lost or forgotten my badge when I arrive?

It’s not a problem! Simply go to the sign-posted registration area and the registration staff will assist you with printing your badge.

How can I register my colleagues?

Simply click here to send an invite to a colleague. They then just need to fill out a few short questions to register to ensure we can send them relevant information in the run-up to the show.

Can I register to IFSEC International when I arrive?

Yes, however we would recommend you do this in advance. If you’re not on our systems and don’t have a badge or e-invite, you may have to queue and your entry to the show will be delayed.

As a visitor to IFSEC International, do I have access to the other co-located shows?

Yes! Your badge gives you free access into 8 other co-located shows including FIREX International, Counter-Terror Expo, the Facilities Show, Intelligent Building Europe and more. Pick and choose seminar sessions across any show, network and meet with hundreds more suppliers across counter terror, fire safety, smart building technology and more. Where can I apply for a visa?

To apply for your visa invitation letter you need to first register. Once you have registered for IFSEC International please submit the form via the following link: https://registration.n200.com/survey/176zroaa50qcz. If you have any follow up questions, please email [email protected]. Please allow 5 working days for processing.

Where can I find help points?

There are help points and team members on hand to help by the main entrances.

Where can I eat at IFSEC International?

Themed cafes serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the show. There will be bars, restaurants and seating outside each hall for more substantial meals.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is parking underneath the ExCeL. It is £20 a day. You can pre-book your parking here

Is there free WiFi at IFSEC International?

There are two WiFi options within the venue: ExCeL FREE or ExCeL Free fast. You can log in using your social media accounts or by directly by filling in your details.

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

Cloakrooms are situated adjacent to the show entrances and are open daily until 20 minutes after the close of the show. You will be subject to a charge of £1 per item.

Is there a cash point?

Full banking facilities are available at ExCeL London.

Are there disabled parking bays and if so, where are they located?

There are a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park. See the excel website for more details: https://www.excel.london/visitor/getting-here

Are there any facilities for disabled people?

All levels of ExCeL London are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts.

Are there any cycle racks?

There are some by the west entrance taxi rank and by the Aloft Hotel at the east of the venue underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1. There are 60 cycle racks in total. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

Other Information

Can students attend IFSEC International?

Students are permitted entry to IFSEC by prior arrangement only. Please contact us for further information and guidelines.

Can I bring children to IFSEC International?

The Exhibition is a trade event, and the nature of the exhibits & our attendee’s reflect this. As such attendance by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at all times; this includes build up, the open days and breakdown of the exhibition. No alternative facilities will be provided.
