Plan before the show
You have access to a web portal giving you full management and overview of the questions that you want to ask your prospective clients, and then of all leads that are scanned onsite. Before you get onsite, define the custom questions and answers for the app, set your targets so you can measure your success and progress, then be ready to download the app to the team's devices.
Maximise time onsite
Make sure that all your purchased app licences have been downloaded by the team who will be manning the stand. Your team can capture accurate data from the visitors and conversations they meet during the show. This data is updated in the Web Portal live, which allows for it to be targeted straight away, giving the best possible service to customers and prospects, and ultimately working harder to get you ROI.
It's not over until it's over
You have access to the Web Portal, and all of the leads that you scanned, after the show, allowing you to assign and contact all leads scanned. Take advantage of the post-show momentum to download and add your new leads into a nurture programme, which will help the conversion rates of your sales force.
