Phil has been with BT for more than 40 years. He’s worked in every division of the company more latterly in Consumer, GlobalServices and BT Business and has been lucky enough to work in over 15 countries for BT in Europe, Asia and America. Phil joined the Digital Voice Industry Engagement team last year having spent six years with BT Redcare where he gained a deep knowledge ofthe special services world.Away from work, Phil’s married and has a 14 year old son. He loves his holidays and is Marketing Director for Liverpool Basketball where he’s also a level 2 coach (he still occasionally suits up for the veteran’s team too). Phil’s an early adopter of anything whizzy, if there’s a gadget to be had, he’s got it!
