IFSEC India Virtual Expo

After two successful editions of virtual expos in June and September 2020, IFSEC India shall be hosting the third edition of virtual expo cum conference on 4-5 March 2021. IFSEC India Virtual builds on the legacy of IFSEC India Security Expo which is organised annually in New Delhi since 2007, it has been designed to provide all the business networking opportunities that you are used to as part of the physical expo sans the requirement to be physically present at the exhibition venue. So, sitting from the comfort of your office or even home, you get to reach out to your community, seamlessly through your PC or mobile device.

The Indian industry has slowly but surely started to gain steam in the aftermath of the pandemic and from a security perspective the threat spectrum has become diverse and more complex with the emergence of new and more sophisticated threat parameters. There has been an increase in technologically advanced security threats in the past few years including several natural as well as manmade crises – from natural disasters to tech-enabled insider threats impacting businesses. Keeping in sync with the changing nature of security threats, technological developments in security and surveillance with the convergence of physical & virtual processes are noticeable trends.

The future of security lies in the hands of smarter Security & Business Continuity Leaders with sound understanding of technological advancements, overseeing less human-dependent, more tech-enabled, process centric and cost-conscious integrated security deployments, as part of integrated Corporate Services.

Progressive organisations across the globe are imaginatively using technology to redefine workspaces and work culture, making them ergonomic, women-friendly and safe and secure for each employee. Geo-political developments in India and neighbourhood, socio-economic issues, technological developments and disruptions, environmental issues etc have implications for corporate security.

Through an elaborate two-day virtual conference on 4th and 5th March, 2021 with the theme—Adapting to New-Age Security Threats—thought leaders in security would share and discuss their latest security challenges and how technology has redefined video surveillance, cyber security (including those of devices, networks and applications), transport, incident and emergency management landscape, etc. The discussion would include, but not be limited to AI, ML, AA, IoT, Cloud, Internet, Social Media, Safe Cities and UAVs.
