Arrival & Registration

When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

Exhibitor badges can be collected from the registration points at IFSEC International. They'll be available for collection on the Saturday before IFSEC International opens.

When will I receive my contractor badges?

Contractor Badges should be ordered prior to going on site and can be ordered via the link in the technical manual. You will receive a e-badge which you are required to bring with you for your first day onsite.

What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

What are the show opening times?

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is parking underneath the ExCeL. It is £15 a day. Go to the Travel Centre to find out more.

Are there any products that are restricted by UK customs? Can I exhibit firearm products or weapons?

British law has always been very strict about who can own or move firearms, ammunition and explosives but this is even more the case nowadays with the heightened threat from terrorism. All firearms and explosives must be licensed and there is a total ban on offensive weapons such as knuckle-dusters and flick knives. It is also against the law to import: High voltage electric ‘stun guns’, Pepper sprays, CS gas canisters and other self defence sprays, High-powered air rifles, Martial Arts weapons such as death stars and sword sticks, Knives that have a concealed blade or a sharp point, You may not bring component parts of guns into the country, unless you have a licence for the weapon for which the parts are intended. All firearms must have a police shotgun licence or firearm certificate as individual gun parts can be put to illegal uses. Please do not attempt to bring any of the above mentioned products to IFSEC. Failure to heed this warning will result in immediate expulsion from the show and possible prosecution.

I would like some help with PR & marketing in the run up to the show. What can I do?

Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Alternatively contact the PR and Marketing Team.

I have lost / not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do?

Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.

I have accessed the exhibitor secure zone, but cannot access the exhibitor technical manual / PR and Marketing Guide. What should I do?

How do I create my own page on the IFSEC International website?

Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead-up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your page through the Directory using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please contact Rachel Eaton, Portfolio Support Manager on rachel.eaton@ubm.com.

How do I access the PR and Marketing Guide?

The PR and Marketing Guide is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; log-in using the password sent to you via email and then clicking on the 'PR and Marketing Guide' link. If you have problems with your log-in or password, please contact Rachel Eaton, Portfolio Support Manager on rachel.eaton@ubm.com.

How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?

The Exhibitor Technical Manual will be live in January. The Manual will be accessible through the Exhibitor Zone. You will be able to log-in using the password which will be sent to you via email and by clicking on the 'Technical Manual' link.

Can I submit press releases to appear on the IFSEC International website?

Yes, you can upload your press releases via the Exhibitor Zone.

Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?

Yes, you can nominate 20 of your most important clients to receive a VIP upgrade which includes use of the VIP facilities at the show. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.

Am I entitled to a free entry in the official IFSEC International Event Guide?

Yes, as an exhibitor at IFSEC International, you are entitled to a free entry in the official Event Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please make sure your profile is up to date on the Directory using the password sent to you via email.
